The project is put together by Taub Entities, a family owned and operated business that has been developing various projects since 1992. The building was designed by Mesh Architecture (other local projects by Mesh include Signature Place, Snell Arcade and 475 condos). Moss and Associates, LLC is building the project and interior design is by Rob Bowen Design Group.
Of the 30 units, 29 are 2,140 sq ft and face either north or south. There is also a 3,703 sq ft penthouse on the 18th and 19th floors. Construction was completed in early 2017. Community features include a private access lobby with concierge services, controlled access parking garage. Rooftop amenities include a fitness center, outdoor kitchen with grill, and large terrace overlooking downtown St Petersburg.
